We have found
that people…particularly those in leadership positions…are a mix
of their aspirations, capabilities, support systems, mindsets and
limitations…real or imagined. How they see and conduct themselves
has an enormous impact on both organizational performance and personal
well-being.

Since all organizational
change begins with personal change, intervening at this level is
often vital. In doing so, we draw upon "To Dream, to Discern,
to Decide", a proprietary protocol that has worked for dozens
of clients. In refining this approach, we conducted focus groups
with scores of CEOs on both their functional and personal needs.
We mined
several years of experience in career counseling
and distilled comments on our "Accidental Leader" perspective.
Last year, we showcased this approach at the Peter Drucker M3
Management Forum in a highly interactive session called "Five
Ways Executives Sabotage their Lives and Careers". Contact us
for assistance in achieving a new level of personal mastery.
